Service:
All types of mechanical services are available, including tune-ups, custom wheel building, suspension fork maintenance, and even reliable carbon frame repair.
The ability to service a bike or equipment is not limited to any particular brand, although there is one caveat. Based on the number of proprietary designs in the bike market now, there may be some issue with availability of appropriate replacement parts or something similar, which will make the typical speedy turnaround more difficult, or occasionally not possible.

Saddle Fitting Services
Regardless of what the particular issues or problems are, finding the best saddle will always reduce down to matching saddle contours to rider anatomy. There are many saddles which are designed with well-researched considerations intended to address specific problems, but which you choose still has to be comfortable.
After literally thousands of bike fittings focused on saddle-related issues, by now I honestly think it’s not possible for anyone to accurately recommend the “best” saddle. An apt analogy would be prescription glasses/contacts, in that an optometrist can’t prescribe the correction your eyes need based on whether your eyes are brown or blue. Similarly, one knows their shoe size, but not all shoes in that size will be comfortable in matching your foot’s particular shape.
So, having long ago given up on trying to make any recommendations, I have developed a simple protocol that has proven to be extremely effective, which clients often compare to getting an eye exam or trying on shoes in the shoe store.
My adjustable fitting bike employs a quick-release saddle clamp which allows swapping out different models in a few seconds.
-
First, the fitting bike gets adjusted to match the cyclist’s position, at least close enough to not be distracting.
-
As a blind test, and 75+ different saddles in stock, I take the cyclist through a progression of shapes expressed in dozens of saddles. Starting with general categories (e.g. flat vs. cradled), it increasingly narrows down to the different options within the preferred category until a few top contenders remain.
-
Typically, after a half-dozen or so saddles the cyclist’s anatomy becomes finely calibrated with respect to the characteristics that make a given shape a good match or not. Consequently, people prove to be surprisingly consistent; if I sneak a saddle back into the process for a second or third time, the cyclist’s evaluation and description of it is similar if not the same verbatim.
-
Finally, the resulting contender(s) are tested on the cyclist’s bike, and then can be either purchased or taken for a trial period, to ensure it works IRL.
